To mention that Salman Khan is just a Bollywood superstar would surely be an understatement. He is not just a superstar but a full-time philanthropist too, the whole nation is fully aware of that today. His ‘Being Human’, a non-profitable charitable organization has been popular among the classes and masses equally and the People’s Man has truly made charity look ‘cool’ in the country. Not only does he support newcomers in Bollywood, the numero uno actor has supported many general lives too.
And in the recent years when his stardom rose to a newer height, the Dabangg dude has raised his charitable deeds too. More than any controversial news, the star has always been in the media’s eyes for his charity.
While it was recently reported that he has cut the promotional budget of his latest movie, ‘Jai Ho’, which was a huge amount of Rs. 10 crores, the latest news is that he is going to produce a whole movie for charity.
As per reports, Salman, who is all set to start his Salman Khan Film Compay with the remake of ‘Hero’, will open another film production company too. Titled ‘Being Filmy’, all the movies will be produced all by himself and no partners. Although nothing has been publically declared about the movie yet, the only information that has come out is that all the profit coming from the movie would go to charity. Salman will only be keeping the money to cover the cost of making the movie and the entertainment tax that he will have to pay to the government.
Whether Salman would be acting in the movie is still a mystery but it has been confirmed that the movie will be released by the end of the year.
